When I try to activate Final Draft on my Mac, I get this: "Activation server failed with the following error message: Error:[0, 0, 0]***Error code was: 0"
After I enter my Final Draft Customer Number and click Activate, I get a message saying Invalid Customer Number
Can I change the Final Draft menus or UI to French/Spanish/Chinese/another language?
I'm getting an error 1310 when I try to update Final Draft 13 on Windows.
When I try to install Final Draft 13, I get the message "In order to proceed with the update, you must exit Final Draft," but Final Draft isn't open or installed.
I opened an older file in FD12/FD13 and any new text is highlighted in blue
When I print my script or make a PDF, it's putting the pages in reverse order/back to front.
Final Draft 13 keeps asking me to sign in whenever I open it.
I can't see the selection color when I click and drag to highlight text on Mac.
Every time I open the program a TV template opens instead of a blank screenplay template.

I'm getting an error 1310 when I try to update Final Draft 13 on Windows.

This is usually due to Windows conflicting with Final Draft. To get around the issue:

1. Close Final Draft 13.

2. Go to your Start menu (the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of your screen)

3. Right-click on the Final Draft 13 icon and click "Run As Administrator."

4. Once Final Draft 13 has reopened, go to Help > Check For Updates.
