When I try to activate Final Draft on my Mac, I get this: "Activation server failed with the following error message: Error:[0, 0, 0]***Error code was: 0"
After I enter my Final Draft Customer Number and click Activate, I get a message saying Invalid Customer Number

This can be due to our licensing service not fully connecting to our server.

To work around this:

1. Open your device's default web browser (Safari on Mac, Microsoft Edge on PC).

2. Navigate to licensing.finaldraft.com

3. Sign in with your email and password. Keep the browser window open.

4. Open Final Draft 13 and try to sign in once more.
