When I try to activate Final Draft on my Mac, I get this: "Activation server failed with the following error message: Error:[0, 0, 0]***Error code was: 0"
After I enter my Final Draft Customer Number and click Activate, I get a message saying Invalid Customer Number

I'm getting an error 1310 or error 1304 when I try to update Final Draft 13 on Windows.

This is usually due to Windows conflicting with Final Draft. To get around the issue:

1. Close Final Draft 13.

2. Reboot the PC.

3. Go to your Start menu (the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of your screen)

4. Right-click on the Final Draft 13 icon and click "Run As Administrator."

5. Once Final Draft 13 has reopened, go to Help > Check For Updates.
