When I try to activate Final Draft on my Mac, I get this: "Activation server failed with the following error message: Error:[0, 0, 0]***Error code was: 0"
After I enter my Final Draft Customer Number and click Activate, I get a message saying Invalid Customer Number
When I try to save a PDF on Final Draft 13 on my Mac, nothing happens.
When I try to sign in to Final Draft 13, I'm getting an error message that says "LICENSE NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR ADMIN"

For Final Draft 13, go to Help in the menu bar at the top of the screen, and click Sign In, then enter your email and password. Once signed in, all program functions will be enabled.

For Final Draft 12, 11 or 10, go to Help > Activate and enter your Final Draft Customer Number (note that it cannot be a Trial number, which starts with KFDT / EFDT / XFDT).

Click Activate and once the activation is complete, all program functions will be enabled.

If you have FD12, 11 or 10, and you receive a message saying that you're out of activations, you can reset an activation here: https://www.finaldraft.com/self-service-activation/.
