Currently, for security reasons, we are unable to change the email address you use to sign into your Final Draft Cloud account. Please make sure to use an email you have access to, so you can reset your password, receive shared files, etc.
If you need to change your email, you will have to cancel your current subscription and create a new account with that updated email address.
