When choosing to share your file or project with a specific contact, you will be prompted to assign them a role as either an Editor or a Reviewer. This will change what they can do with your file.
EDITOR
If a contact is an Editor, they will have full access to your file. They can make changes to the document itself, they can download, save, and print the file. This role should be limited to Collaborators who should have the same permissions as you with the file.
REVIEWER
If a contact is a Reviewer, they are able to view the file and it's contents, but not make any changes. They are able to create, edit, and view ScriptNotes, but cannot make edits to the file itself.
Can I change a contact's access level?
Yes. To do this, open your file. Go to File > Share, and the contacts you have shared with will be listed along with their role. Use the dropdown menu to either change their access or revoke it completely.
