To cancel your Final Draft Cloud subscription, you'll first need to open your Account page. You can do so via clicking this link, or clicking your Profile in the top right, then clicking Manage Account:

Once on your Account page, navigate to My Licenses in the lefthand column. Under My Licenses, you will see your subscription status with your end date and payment method. If you are using the free trial, your status will show "Trialing."
To cancel your account, select the three dots under Actions, then click Cancel Subscription.
Upon cancelling, you will have access to the features of your subscription until your stated end date. After the end date, you will have 30 days to download your files from Final Draft Vault until they are permanently deleted.

Please note that refunds are not offered on cancelled monthly subscriptions, and cancelled annual subscriptions are only eligible for refunds within seven days of payment for the annual subscription. If you are eligible for a refund and wish to request one, please email refunds@finaldraft.com with your order number and account email.
