Help with Customer Numbers for FD11/FD12.

Activation Errors
- When I try to activate Final Draft on my Mac, I get this: "Activation server failed with the following error message: Error:[0, 0, 0]***Error code was: 0"
- After I enter my Final Draft Customer Number and click Activate, I get a message saying Invalid Customer Number
- How do I deactivate Final Draft?
- I'm getting an error that says The Customer Number You've Entered Is Out Of Activations
- I'm out of activations and didn't get a chance to deactivate. How can I get my activation back?
- When I enter my Customer Number to activate it doesn't give me a Continue button.
