If you get a message stating that the Customer Number is invalid, see After I enter my Final Draft Customer Number and click Activate, I get a message saying the number is invalid.
If you don't have your Customer Number handy, click HERE to have your Customer Number emailed to you.
If you have FD12, FD11 or FD10 and you get a message stating that you have no activations remaining, you can reset an activation here: https://www.finaldraft.com/self-service-activation/
OR you can deactivate one of your activated computers so you can activate this one. To deactivate, open Final Draft, go to Help > Deactivate. This will remove the activation from the computer and make it available to use on another computer. The computer may be re-activated at any time.
If you get an error message when you try to activate that says "Activation server failed with the following error message: Error:[0, 0, 0]*," HERE for instructions for Mac and HERE for instructions for Windows.
If you get some other error message that prevents you from activating, click HERE.
