To make a copy of a file in Final Draft Vault, you will need to download the file by clicking the three dots to the right of the file and selecting Download.
After the file is downloaded, you can reupload it by locating the file on your device (usually in the Downloads folder), then either clicking the Create button and choosing "Upload" or by clicking-and-dragging the file into your Vault.
If you have kept the same name on your file and are trying to reupload it, you will receive the following error message:
You can then choose to Replace the previous version, keep the previous version, or keep them both. If you choose "Keep Both" your new upload will end with "-2" as a way of distinguishing between the versions.
Duplicating files within Final Draft Vault without downloading/reuploading will be allowed in a future update.
