To sync your existing Final Draft scripts and other material from your computer to Final Draft Vault, you will need to use our Sync Utility, which is a special program created to make sure your computer and Final Draft Vault keep your work up to date.

Once installed, it will create a file in your Documents folder called "Final Draft Vault." Anything that is added to this Final Draft folder will be automatically synced to Final Draft Vault, and you'll be able to view it via the local folder or by logging into your Cloud account:
To save to the local folder, you can click and drag or copy/paste your existing work from where it's saved to this special Final Draft Vault folder in Documents.
Alternatively, you can open your work in Final Draft 13, then go to File > Save As and select the Final Draft Vault folder, then click Save.
If you are looking to view it on your Cloud account, sign in, then either scroll in your Files section, or open the appropriate Project you saved to. Once sync has completed, any files saved in the local folder will appear in your online Vault as well.
