Go to the Final Draft menu (at the upper left) > Preferences (macOS 12 and earlier) or > Settings (macOS 13 and later). Check the box marked Scroll Keys Mimic MS Word. You'll be able to use the Home and End keys to go to the beginning and end of the line, not the document.
