If you get a black screen when opening a file in the Final Draft Go mobile app for iPhone or iPad, then you will need to update the app.
To update the Final Draft Go app, open the App Store on your device, search Final Draft Go, and tap Update when prompted.
When reopening the file, you should now see it as normal.
