- Make sure you're connected to the internet;
- Restart the app;
- If you have a backstage.com, mandy.com or starnow.com email address, use a different email address;
- If you're prompted to subscribe after you've already been charged, tap either Restore Purchase or Subscribe Again. If you choose Subscribe Again, pick the same subscription you selected previously and if you're double-charged you can contact Apple for a refund.
