No. These old versions of Final Draft use the .FDR file format, which is over 15 years old. The Go and Mobile apps can only open .FDX files, which are created by FD8 and later. Information on upgrading to Final Draft 13 is HERE.

No technical support and no installer downloads are available for Final Draft 9 and older.
