Applies to: Final Draft 13 / 12 / 11
Final Draft's Inclusivity Report allows you to assign custom properties to any character -- race, gender, religion, physical characteristic, political viewpoint, favorite ice cream -- any attributes and combinations of attributes you want to create and track -- and then filter and display those properties in a series of charts. The data can also be exported to a CSV file, which can be opened in any spreadsheet program.
To access this tool:
FD13: Open the Navigator (Tools > Show Navigator) and add a new Characters tab:
In the Characters tab, click the Inclusivity Panel icon:
FD12 / 11: Open the Navigator (Tools > Show Navigator) and click the Characters tab.
Watch this video for detailed information on how to use the Inclusivity Report.
The Inclusivity Report is available starting in FD11.0.2. If you have FD11.0.0 or 11.0.1, open Final Draft, go to Help Check for Updates and follow the prompts to update your program.
