Final Draft 13 itself doesn't store scripts, and they aren't tied to your account or Customer Number. When you save a Final Draft file, it's saved directly on the computer on which it was written, so you would need to reopen those scripts in Final Draft 13 to use them.
If you're using the same computer on which you wrote the scripts, you can go to File > Open in Final Draft 13's menu bar, navigate to where your scripts are saved on the computer, and then open them up in FD13.
If you're using a different computer, you would need to navigate to where your script files are saved on that different computer and move the files to the new computer. You can do this by emailing them to yourself, using a USB drive, uploading them to a cloud service, etc, they'll work like any other file. Once they're on the new computer, you can open them in FD13 by going to File > Open.
