The Cole & Haag format is an older screenplay format from Cole and Haag's book "Standard Screenplay Formats - Part I." The margins are shifted slightly to the right.
Based on what we know from many agencies, studios and production companies, the Cole & Haag format isn't used much anymore. The newer screenplay format, such as the default Final Draft format, is more widely used.
