On launch, Final Draft Go (FD GO) will open to a screen offering several locations where scripts may be stored. On this screen you can start a new script (Create Document) or open the Final Draft folder to select scripts you've already written and saved on this device. (If you have the Final Draft Mobile app on this device as well, you may see its folder here also, and in it you will find scripts written with that app.) If your scripts are elsewhere on the phone, touch the Browse icon at the bottom to navigate to them.
If you choose Create Document, this menu will be displayed:
Choose the type of script you want to write and you'll be prompted to name it:
Once the script's been named, a new, blank template will open, ready for you to write. By default, it will be saved in the Final Draft folder in the On My iPhone folder. You can, if you want, use the Files app to relocate it later.
Touch the blank script anywhere to bring up your onscreen keyboard -- you're now ready to write.
