- Open the Files app and check all locations including “On my device;”
- Check the number of items in the folder containing the files;
- Manually close both the Files app and the FD Mobile app and then reopen the FD Mobile app.

If you are able to view files in the On My Device section of the Files all but not in the file sync locations, refer to the “Add Third-Party Apps” section in this article from Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT206481
If the problem persists, perform a soft reset of the device. This operation does not cause any data loss.
