If you have FD12, 11 or 10, there is no reason to reset your password, as these older versions of Final Draft do not use a password -- only FD13 does.
If you open Final Draft and you see a screen prompting you to sign in with an email, you're using FD13. FD12 and older will prompt you to enter a Customer Number, which you can look up by clicking this link.
If you've opened FD13 without purchasing it or signing up for the free Trial, you will be unable to reset your password, as you won't have an account. You would need to purchase FD13 or sign up for the free trial and create an account.
If you're certain you've purchased Final Draft 13, please ensure you are using the email that you used to make an account. If you're still not able to reset your password, please click here to contact our support team and include your order number for Final Draft 13.
