When purchasing your site license, you will have created an account with an email and password. That is the email and password you'll use to access your OrgAdmin dashboard, here: https://licensing.finaldraft.com/orgadmin
You will use the OrgAdmin dashboard to invite users and manage their access and use of the site license.
