Yes. On Windows you can expand the Final Draft program window so that it spans both (or more) monitors. If you have Final Draft 13 or 12, go to View > Arrange All Open Documents and choose Tile. You can then resize each script window and place them on your monitors to your liking.
If you have FD11 or older, open the two (or more) scripts you want and click the Restore Down icon at the upper right:
You'll then see each document in its own window; resize and arrange the script windows as you like. You won't be able to drag and drop text from one to the other but you can cut/copy and paste between the scripts.
On Mac, simply open the two (or more) scripts you want and move them wherever you want them; they're independent of each other. On Mac you'll be able to drag and drop text from one script to the other.
