Final Draft was designed to be installed, activated and run on a local hard drive. It was not designed for or tested in a network environment. However, if a user has full read and write access to a specific network location, Final Draft (like any other program) should be able to read from and save and back up to a network location.
Since there are many different network configurations and settings that can affect how a program works with files on that network, and since Final Draft support staff cannot go near these configurations and settings, any problems saving to or retrieving Final Draft files from a network need to be handled by the network administrator.
