1. Log onto the Org Admin portal;
2. In the left-hand panel, go to Users;
3. Locate the outgoing administrator (use the Search box towards the upper right if necessary);
4. Click the ellipses on the right end of the row;
5. Choose Unassign Admin Access or delete the user (depending on the circumstance):
6. Find the new Admin (you may need to invite that person);
7. Click the ellipses on the right end of the row;
8. Assign admin access to this user:
