Importing from a CSV should create an entire invitation list from which you can send batch invites.
The CSV file should contain column headers (NAME, EMAIL) on the first row:
1. Log in to the Org Admin portal and go to Users > Invite > Import CSV:
2. Navigate to where the CSV file is and double-click it.
3. Select a group or groups to which the users will be invited:
4. To make these users Admins, check the box.
5. Write an optional message and click Invite. The email will be sent to the recipients.
6. When they accept the invitation, they will be placed on the group’s list of users.
After the invitations have been sent, to check their status, go to Org Admin > Invitations and the status of the invitations will be displayed (Accepted, Pending, Declined). Invitees can be removed by clicking their ellipses at the far right of their row.
