If your payment is declined, here are some things to try or consider:
- Make sure the billing address and name match what your credit card provider has on file;
- Use another card, such as a debit card associated with a bank or a different credit card;
- Use a different web browser and clear the cache, delete the cookies, etc.;
- Verify that your provider didn't flag the transaction as possible fraud if the purchase is being made outside of the U.S.
Another option is to simply wait an hour or so after your last purchase attempt and try again.
Although we accept international credit and debit cards, currently our website only accepts PayPal in U.S. dollars. If you are trying to make a purchase using PayPal outside of the U.S., there isn't a way to troubleshoot it beyond what is mentioned above. We strongly recommend using a credit card or debit card instead of PayPal.
