No. In the case of a standard or academic retail package, only one person is allowed to be listed as the owner of the software. A writing partnership cannot co-own the software any more than a writing partnership can co-own an airline ticket. Our documentation refers to two individuals being able to share files easily, not the program.
The standard Final Draft retail package comes with two activations, but these are for the registered user's desktop and laptop, his or her home and office or city home/country home. The second activation is not to be used by another person. Click HERE for more information.
These terms are per the End User License Agreement, which you agreed to when you installed the program.
