copy of Final Draft, you're not eligible for support. Only the person whose name is on the license is eligible for support, whether over the phone, via email or via chat. If you don't see on this includes-but-is-not-limited-to list the person whose Final Draft you're using, you still won't be able to get support. If their name is on the license and it should be your name there, click HERE.

NOTE: Live support for Final Draft 7 has been discontinued. You will still be able to install, activate and use FD7 on appropriate computers but email, chat and telephone support is no longer available.
