If you're using your
copy of Final Draft, you're not eligible for support. Only the person whose name is on the license is eligible for support, whether over the phone, via email or via chat. If you don't see on this includes-but-is-not-limited-to list the person whose Final Draft you're using, you still won't be able to get support. If their name is on the license and it should be your name there, please contact us.
NOTE: Live technical support for Final Draft 8 has been discontinued. All forms of support for Final Draft 7 and older, including software activation, has been discontinued. You may find solutions to problems in the online knowledge base or in the PDF manual found on the installation CD.
