The only place to go to get help via email is by submitting a ticket through our website. We respond to every tech problem we receive submitted to us through this channel. If you sent us a query through this channel but you did not receive a reply, it's possible that it didn't go through. You'll want to make sure you get an automatic email confirming that we got your note; if you don't get this confirmation then we didn't get your note and unfortunately you won't get a reply.
