Question
I have the Final Draft Mobile App for iPad / iPhone and when I try to open a particular script, it says it isn't a compatible .FDX file.

Answer
The file may have become damaged. Please open a chat or email ticket with a technician and we may be able to repair it. To retrieve the file: 1. Plug your iPad / iPhone into a computer that is running iTunes; 2. Click the device indicator in the upper left of iTunes. The device's various contents and settings will be displayed; 3. Click Apps; 4. Scroll all the way down to File Sharing and click on the FD Mobile App; 5. All .FDX files stored on the device will be displayed; 6. Find your script file on that list and drag it to the Desktop. When you open a chat or email ticket, the technician will request the file.
