Question
When I try to install FD or AV on my Mac, I get an error message saying the hard drive is not available.

Answer

The solution is to simply click the "Go Back" button and then the"Continue" button again. The hard drive should now be available for installing the software.

Note: Live support for Final Draft 7 and AV 2.5 has been discontinued. However, software activation via telephone and chat, as well as self-service help through this knowledge base and the online troubleshooter, are still available. Links for these services are on the left side of this page.
