How do I get my script into the Final Draft Writer for iPad?

Answer
  1. Through Dropbox:
    1. If it has not already been installed, installl the Dropbox app to your desktop or laptop computer;
    2. Save a script to the Dropbox folder on the computer;
    3. Close the script;
    4. If it has not already been installed, installl the Dropbox app to your iPad;
    5. Open Final Draft Writer;
    6. Touch "From Dropbox;"
    7. The script will appear in the list; simply touch the script name to open the file.
  1. Through iCloud:
    1. Save a script to the iCloud folder on your Mac;
    2. Close the script;
    3. On your iPad, ensure that iCloud is turned on for the Writer app (Settings > your User Account > iCloud > FD Writer);
    4. Open Final Draft Writer;
    5. Touch "From iCloud:;"
    6. The script will appear in the list; simply touch the script name to open the file.

  1. Open the iPad's Mail program;
  2. Touch the email with the script attached;
  3. Touch the script icon;
  4. Touch Import with Final Draft Writer. The script will be added to the iPad section of the app; simply touch the script name to open the file.
