No. Due to under-the-hood changes in how Final Draft saves a script and how certain pieces of information are embedded in the file.
If you have Final Draft 7, open files written in 5/6 in 7 and save them before importing them into Tagger 1.
If you have Final Draft 9 / 8, open files written in 5/6/7 in 9 / 8 and save them before opening them in Tagger 2.
